If the report failed to generate, was incomplete, or you were charged more than once, we refund you in full. No questions, no form to fill in. Email us and we will process it.

If you are simply unhappy with your report, email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us why. We would rather refund you than have you feel cheated, and we approve these requests in the large majority of cases.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We cannot refund on the basis that a reading did not come true or that you disagree with its conclusions. Feng Shui and palm reading are traditional interpretive practices, not science. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks to resolve and locks the payment while it runs — emailing us is almost always faster, and we can refund you directly.
